The Golden Globe Awards are often considered predictors of Academy Awards. So, when films that glorify homosexuality, transsexual operations, and potentially deadly, sexual practices receive multiple Golden Globe awards, it would seem that Hollywood has taken an unseemly step backwards, down a moral slope.
 
Despite their relatively poor showing at the box office, these films attract acclaim from those with a social agenda to push.
 
With HIV and AIDS on the rise and homosexual men dieing daily because of their dangerous behavior, Brokeback Mountain's awards are alarming. Producers say the film is a love story, but in reality it is an anti-family movie that sends an insidious message to its viewers, encouraging this harmful, sexual behavior.
 
Have we not had far too many friends and families faced with the tragedy of AIDS and STDs to continue to excuse the homosexual agenda and its dangerous practices?
