Iranian Demagoguery

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said in his recent speech at the U.N. General Assembly in New York that Iran will "contribute to global tranquility and peace based on the two maxims of spirituality and justice as well as the equal rights of all peoples and nations."

Now, if Mr. Ahmadinejad would just live up to these lofty words and immediately recognize Israel's right to exist, and to renounce his calls for Israel and the Jewish people to be wiped from the face of the Earth.

Irrational hatred of a whole ethnic group, let alone demanding the demise of a democratic country over 1,000 miles from their boarders, makes the Iranian demagogue seem as “evil and inhumane” as the radical form of religion he seeks to spread by sword or missiles.

"…Sing to the Lord, praise his name; proclaim his salvation day after day.
Declare his glory among the nations, his marvelous deeds among all peoples.” Psalm 96:2,3 NIV

“May mercy and peace and love be multiplied to you.” Jude 2 NASB
